Rumah Panggung (Houses Stage)
Houses on stilts or wale is the residence of the household members of the Minahasa people in the city of Manado, in which is used as a place to perform various activities. Stage house antiquity intended to avoid a sudden enemy attack or an attack by predatory animals. Tari Maengket
Maengket dance is one of the art of folk dancing Minahasa people in the city of Manado which is a folk dance spectacle. This dance is accompanied by the singing and the accompaniment of drums or drum which is usually performed after the rice harvest as thanksgiving to the Creator. Currently maengkat dance has evolved in society to form stacks with new creations.
Kolintang
Kolintang music was originally made of a material called wunut of the type of wood called belar. In further developments, kolintang began using wood materials eggs and chrysolite. Kolintang orchestral music as a traditional art products not only as a means of entertainment, but also as a medium of music education who started the implementation of school children in the city of Manado.
Mapalus
Mapalus is a traditional form of mutual cooperation that has been passed down the ancestors of Minahasa in Manado, which is a system of procedures, methods or techniques of cooperation for the common good by each member in turn. Mapalus emerged based on the awareness of togetherness, the limitations of his ability to both ways of thinking, working, and so forth. And until now Mapalus very well maintained.
